Joining the world in the 18-day campaign to end violence against women, SALIGAN Batas’ 7th issue presents SALIGAN’s recommendations after its review of Supreme Court decisions of R.A. 9262 cases.  The CEDAW ruling in the case of the Malaya Lolas, and the Supreme Court’s interpretation of psychological abuse in a recent case are discussed.  SALIGAN’s summer interns are also featured in this issue.
