SALIGAN Batas is SALIGAN’s quarterly publication which features developments in law and jurisprudence, updates in policies and policy advocacies, and articles on SALIGAN’s work with the marginalized, disadvantaged and exploited sectors. The current SALIGAN Batas was inspired by a previous series of SALIGAN called “SALIGAN Batas sa Paggawa” which featured developments in labor jurisprudence.
In this maiden issue, SALIGAN features articles on the SSA guidelines for the informal workers, updates on the BARMM transition, the people’s plan approach in housing, benefits of pakyaw workers, and the BCWs of Naga City.
