The manual is the first comprehensive material on land laws in the Philippines. It is written in Tagalog, with specific chapters on the situation of landholdings in Mindanao and the IPRA.
Pamamahala at Pakikilahok (3rd Edition; 2018)
The manual is a complete guidebook on local governance and people’s participation in local governance. Written in the Tagalog, the 3rd edition enhanced the discussion on the powers and duties of the barangays.
