SALIGAN’s 2021 Report narrates how it was able to continue implementing its programs and strategies despite the political and socio-economic context.  SALIGAN’s work in 2021 became more important as the need for legal empowerment and assistance among the marginalized, disadvantaged and exploited intensified.
